These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging program operated by Internet 123 (Infosystrade Inc) (“Internet 123,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). They apply specifically to text (SMS/MMS) messages sent to and from the Company and supplement our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
